It seems that our little Village of San Lorenzo has been chugging up a very tall mountain, for a very long time, with very little hope of every reaching the top.
When requesting support from larger, more important locomotives, this little Village that could has been left dejected, time and time again.
Just when it began to accept defeat, a little blue steam engine of hope has come to the rescue.

In front of our eyes, the whistle of hope is blowing, and the little Village that could is beginning to gain momentum. We’re slowly but surely climbing up the steep mountain pass, and with the continued support of passionate leaders such as Michelle Clowser, we’ll soon be shouting; “I thought we could, I thought we could, I thought we could!”
