FREE Dental Event

Lewelling Dental Care is pleased to provide their 2nd annual day of FREE dental care to give back to the community. With last year's overwhelming response, we hope to make this years event even bigger and we hope to serve more patients! We will serve as many people as possible (about 100) and all ages are welcome!

We will be providing one of the three following procedures: Cleaning (+ Fluoride for kids), filling or a simple extraction.

Dr. Shital Kazi, her staff, and great team of volunteers are eager to help and are ready to serve you to our best capacity on this day!

Dentistry
from the Heart is a non-profit organization that helps offices around
the country sponsor free dental events for the community. For more

This August 23, 2013 event is currently Lewelling Dental Care’s 2nd Annual Event.

Information for patients:

Lewelling
Dental Care is located across from Orchard Supply Hardware and is very
close to the San Lorenzo High School.

Patients
will be served on a first-come, first-serve basis. We will serve the
first 100 patients or as many as we can see until 5 P.M.

We
ask patients to park in the OSH parking lot across the street on the
parking spaces closest to the road. Registration begins at 7 A.M. but from past experience, many people come earlier in order to be guaranteed a spot.

When
you arrive, please visit the desk placed in the front and pick up the registration forms you need and fill them out. When you give your
completed registration form to the desk, you will receive a number after
which you will wait until your number is called.
