Castro Valley's Farmers Market Here to Stay Year-Round

Castro Valley’s Farmer Market will now be open year-round, instead of shutting down at the end of October and reopening in May.

According to an article in Inside Bay Area, constituent liaison and community organizer Bob Swanson believes by bringing in food trucks to the farmers market, the market was able to have enough business to be open all year.

The farmers market is held every Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Castro Valley BART parking lot.
