It also circulates more than 250,000 books, CDs and DVDs each year.</p> <p>San Lorenzo Library is the county's oldest, founded on October 2, 1910. In the summer of 2010, the building, which was built in the '60s, underwent a first phase of renovations. </p>

A new library and three new classrooms are under construction. </p> <p>The school has a diverse student body, with over half of the students classified as English learners. </p> <p>The school has 18 classrooms, two intervention specialists and a resource specialist. There's also a counseling program.</p> <p>Hillside has an after-school program, which is run by the local Boys & Girls Club.
