<p>The Eden Township Substation is the Alameda County Sheriff's Office's local office, serving more than 150,000 locals in the unincorporated areas of Castro Valley, San Lorenzo, Ashland, Cherryland, Sunol and Livermore Valley.</p> <p>The Substation is home to the Community Oriented Policing and Problem Solving Unit (COPPS) program. </p> <p>It also houses Special Investigations Units including Crimes Against Persons, Property Crimes, Auto Theft, Sexual Assault, and Juvenile Investigations.</p>
