San Lorenzo's Relay For Life Rally Targets Potential Volunteers

First Relay For Life event to be hosted in August. Volunteers interested in participating can receive more information at the Jan. 17 Relay For Life Rally in San Lorenzo.

For the first year, San Lorenzo will participate in Relay For Life.

In effort to gain participation at this year's event, which is expected to run in August, a team plans to host a Relay For Life Rally.

On Tuesday, Jan. 17 from 5 to 7 p.m., people can stop by at the on corner of Hesperian Boulevard and Lewelling Boulevard to learn how to join their community in the fight against cancer.

Event coordiantors are looking to get at least eight to 10 groups to join.
