Poll: Do You See Coyotes In Castro Valley Open Space?

An increase in coyotes in San Francisco's Golden Gate Park brings up the question here.

It seems coyotes and people are interacting more and more these days, especially as the summer months approach and the wild animals come closer to human habitats searching for water and food.

An apparent surge of coyotes in San Francisco's Golden Gate Park has prompted the group Project Coyote to remind people of the usefulness of coyotes to our ecosystem. See the story here in the San Francisco Chronicle.

It made us wonder if Castro Valley residents are seeing coyotes more often. Let us know in our poll and feel free to discuss the issue in our comments section, too.
