The Memory Academy will teach you about the changes that normally come with age and how to adapt to them.

Students will master techniques for remembering names and numbers, learn about the latest research for empowered aging, and learn how to maintain brain health and independence.

Our focus is on activities that provide challenge, novelty and variety that work all parts of the brain, like NUMBRIX , and word recall. Physical exercise, balance improvement and techniques for reducing the effects of stress -- all necessary for a healthy brain -- are part of every class. Plus, the class is great fun!
