Introduction to Yoga (Four-class series)

This series is designed to give beginning students the foundation they need to feel comfortable in a basic yoga class. Come experience a friendly, supportive environment and learn what Yoga is all about. Yoga helps release stress, increase fitness and overall health, and most importantly promotes greater peace and happiness! In this workshop students will become familiar with the basic yoga postures, breathing and relaxation techniques.  All levels of fitness are welcome - even people coping with injuries, sciatica and back problems, as well as pregnant, elderly, and especially non-flexible people.
