Hatha Yoga All Levels - Starts April 16 - 5:30 pm/7:15 pm

Did you know that more than 16 million people in the U.S. practice yoga? Experience the remarkable benefits of hatha yoga by joining this class.

This class is designed for students with a basic understanding of the fundamental yoga poses, as well as for beginning students who are in good physical condition.

We will use asanas (yoga positions) to increase flexibility, balance, and strength, as well as enhance emotional well-being. Mats and props will be provided.
