Community Yoga Class

Nancy Leigh-Smith, Neighbor

This all-levels class is offered at a reduced rate in service to the community. It provides a venue for our newer teachers, as well as skilled teachers completing their training in the 500-1000+ hour Advanced Studies program at the Yoga Room, Berkeley. Beginning, Intermediate and advanced students are welcome to attend, ages 16 and up.
