6th Annual Health & Wellness Resource Fair
The Hayward Area Recreation and Park District’s Kenneth C. Aitken Senior & Community Center is hosting our 6th Annual Health & Wellness Resource Fair on Thursday, May 3, 2012 from 9:00am-1:00pm at 17800 Redwood Road in Castro Valley.
This free all ages event features over 60 vendors from healthcare, transportation, housing, estate planning, home care and recreational markets all in one location. Informational seminars include “Stroke Awarness” by Fern Cudlip. The event will also feature Yoga, Pilates and Wild Goose Qi-Gong demonstrations.
