"Living on a Fixed Income" Class

The Castro Valley Library will offer a course on "Living on a Fixed Income" with Peggy Green, education specialist for consumer credit counseling service. The program will teach participants how to stretch their income by setting priorities, establish a budget and how to plan and save.
