 Castro Valley  See map

This class will start you out with the basics you need to address some everyday health concerns such as first aid, adding herbal antioxidants to your food, coping with the symptoms of cold and flu.

Each session is hands-on and fun. We'll make herbal infusions, herbal honey, herbal cough syrup; you'll develop your own herbal "first aid" kit; and you'll learn about incorporating anti-oxidant culinary herbs into your cooking and make herbal butter, an immune-boosting pesto, and herbal vinegar. And, we'll talk about some easy-to-grow plants to get started in your yard or patio.
