Domestic Violence Survivors: FREE Temporary Restraining Order Clinic

If you have experienced domestic violence (intimate partner abuse) and would like to obtain a protective order, SAVE (Safe Alternatives to Violent Environments) is here to help!

SAVE's Law Project provides free Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) assistance for domestic violence survivors. We serve Mid- and Southern Alameda County as well as Silicon Valley. Trained staff members are available every Tuesday at the Hayward Police Department. In addition, we have clinic hours on Mondays at the San Leandro Police Deptartment and Wednesdays at SAVE's Community Office in Fremont. Clients are helped on a first come, first served basis or by appointment. For more information, call:
