December 15 Deadline To Apply For Women's Education Grant

Women going back to school with primary financial responsibility for their family who need help to complete their education can apply for a $1,000 grant offered by Soroptimist International

Are you trying to improve life for yourself and your family? Are you going back
to school?  Do you need financial assistance to complete your education?

Since 1972, Soroptimist International has been helping women the world over reclaim their dreams through the Women’s Opportunity Awards program. This program provides cash grants to women who are working to better their lives through additional skills training and education.


You are eligible to apply for a $1,000 grant if you are a woman with primary financial responsibility for yourself and your dependants, attending an undergraduate degree program or a vocational skills training program and have a financial need.

The application deadline is December 15.

Why does the new layout waste nearly half of the screen? There's a wide white space on the left andRead More even wider white space on the right. While the old layout could have been tweaked some, the new format isn't the answer. One good thing. I no longer have to sign in each time I want to make a comment. It has finally decided that I'm serious when I say I want Patch to remember me on this computer.

different but definitely faster for me...board tab off the homepage>all boards>show more. hadRead More a tech issue and my email lit up real quick with a reply. check your email..should be a note about this. archives are still intact, dug up an article from 2011 off the search.
