Castro Valley Adult School Starts Solar Panel Project May 14

Seven Hills Road parking lot will be closed due to the project. Plan to allow extra time for on-street parking.

On Monday, May 14, the Seven Hills Road parking lot will be closed for a major solar panel installation project set to begin at the. We anticipate the project will be completed sometime in mid-June.

We apologize in advance for the inconvenience and extra time parking will take you over the next month.

Please allow extra time to find street parking when coming to campus, and be courteous to our neighbors by not blocking their driveways.

During the evenings only, student parking will be available in the parking lot on Redwood Road. Parking is not available there during the day.

There will be six identified handicapped parking spaces available on our campus during the project. A regular disabled placard, or one obtained from our front office, is required to be placed on your car's dashboard.

Thanks for your patience as we improve our energy efficiency and green practices!

The in the will net about $100,000 in savings per year after deducting construction costs.
