Castro Valley Library is the setting for this free class open to the public

Practice T’aiChi Chih and Qigong in an introductory class at the , September 5 at 12:15 p.m.

This free class is presented by Castro Valley’s Yoga in the Middle and instructor David Schulberg who has taught at San Lorenzo, Castro Valley Adult Schools and is an accredited T’aiChiChih® teacher.

Qigong is based on ancient Chinese principles which align and coordinate breath and body movements to access the energy within.  It is not a martial art but an internally focused movement and meditation exercise that does not require a particular level of fitness to participate.  The class, complete with music, is open to teens, adults and seniors. Wear comfortable clothes for this class.

The Castro Valley Library is a branch of the Alameda County Library system.  The Library is located at 3600 Norbridge Avenue, and is wheel chair accessible.
