Author Myles Garcia will give a sneak peek behind the scenes of how the Olympics pageantry really comes together

Join Myles Garcia July 28 at 1 p.m. at the for a look at the secrets behind those fabulous opening and closing Olympic shows. He has witnessed nearly all  the ceremonies and now has written the definitive book about the secrets and behind-the-scenes stories of the most expensive and lavish spectacles of our lifetime.

Garcia will introduce his new book, "Secrets of the Olympic Ceremonies", which contains 150 images, drawings and photographs, of the majesty and spectacular stunts staged for Olympic  ceremonies. This "how-did-they do-that?" session provides fun facts galore and will add to a greater enjoyment of the current London 2012 Olympic Games.

Besides being an Olympics officianado and world traveller,  San Francisco Bay Area resident Garcia is a game board designer and screen play writer who has appeared on Jeopardy.
