Register To Get Free Tax Assistance From AARP

Sign up now. Held Wednesdays beginning February 6 and running through April 10.

 

AARP will offer Free Tax Assistance at the Castro Valley Library every Wednesday, beginning February 6 and continuing through April 10.

Sessions will run from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. in the Learning Center.

The program, jointly sponsored by the IRS and AARP, provides trained volunteers to assist with most all U.S. Federal and California State income tax preparation and e-filing.  

Appointments are required

Call the Library Information Desk at 510-667-7900 during normal open hours, or sign up in person.

The Castro Valley Library is located at 3600 Norbridge Avenue and is wheel chair accessible.  An ASL interpreter will be provided with ten days’ notice.
