Animals of Africa presentation comes to the East Bay and offers family fun

Families are invited to come learn about African wildlife in a fun-filled presentation by Wild Things Inc. in the East Bay on May 23 at 7 p.m.

The free event is part of the San Leandro Main Library's Spring Family Fun Nights series and is free of charge.

Come learn about some of the most amazing creatures on earth at this program including camels, lizards, baboons and other primates. Presenters will discuss the social habits of primates, how giant frogs survive in the hot summer and how African animals must adapt to sometimes harsh environmental conditions.

Refreshments will be served.

The library is located at 300 Estudillo Ave., San Leandro.
