April 11 is the last date the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and the American Association of Retired Persons (AARP) will be offering free tax preparation assistance to the public at . (The help has been offered for the past several Wednesdays, by appointment only.)
Since Wednesday is the last day it will be offered, call 510-667-7900 to see if an opening is still available and make an appointment or sign up at the Castro Valley Library information desk.
The sessions will take place in the Castro Valley Library's Learning Center on 3600 Norbridge, Castro Valley.
