Report Says Oikos Shooting Suspect Purchased Gun From Castro Valley Firearms Retailer in February

Suspect One L. Goh told authorities he bought the handgun used in the Oikos University shooting spree from Bullyseye gun shop in Castro Valley.

Reports confirm that the gun used by the suspect of Monday's shooting spree at an East Oakland college was bought from a Castro Valley gun shop.

The Oakland Tribune says that Goh told authorities that he bought the gun from  in Castro Valley in February. Indications show that the .45 caliber semi-automatic handgun was legally sold to Goh.

The store declined to comment when Castro Valley Patch called on Tuesday morning. Bullyseye, located at 22287 Redwood Rd., is the only gun shop in Castro Valley licensed to sell guns.  and Andreotti Firearms only sell gun-related equipment.

Yesterday,  for any trace of the gun Goh used.Alameda County Sheriff's spokesman Sgt. J.D. Nelson said his agency's dive team has helped Oakland police in the search for the gun but nothing has been found so far.
