• 11 a.m.: A 41-year-old Castro Valley man was arrested for receiving stolen property, possession of methamphetamine, violating parole and resisting arrest. He was arrested on the 4000 block of East Castro Valley Boulevard. (Castro Valley)
  
• 9:21 p.m.: A 30-year-old San Lorenzo man was arrested on suspicion of driving while under the influence (DUI) and driving with a suspended license. He was arrested on the 18000 block of Hesperian Boulevard. (San Lorenzo)

• 4:29 p.m.: A 60-year-old Castro Valley woman was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon. She was arrested on the 21000 block of Baywood Drive. (Castro Valley)
• 8:47 p.m.: A 35-year-old San Lorenzo man was arrested for identity theft. He was arrested along Via Susana. (San Lorenzo)

Thursday, Jan. 5

• 7:19 a.m.: A Castro Valley woman was arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance and susicion of driving while under the influence (DUI). She was arrested on the corner of Kerr Street and Wilbeam Avenue. (Castro Valley)
• 12:44 p.m.: A 27-year-old Castro Valley man was arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance and driving with a suspended license. He was arrested along Fairmont Drive. (Castro Valley)
