Man Missing from Castro Valley Nursing Home
A man was reported missing on Thursday from a Castro Valley nursing home, which is currently being investigated for abandoning some of their patients.
On Oct. 25, Edmund Bascom was reported missing from Valley Springs Manor located at 17926 Apricot Way in Castro Valley

Bascom is a 65-year-old Black male with brown eyes and black hair. He was last seen at the San Leandro BART Station wearing a Raider’s shirt, blue pants, black boots and a fishing hat.
