• 1:13 p.m.: A 23-year-old Hayward man was arrested for suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was arrested on the 5800 block of Hesperian Boulevard. (San Lorenzo)
• 7:35 p.m.: A 21-year-old transient man was arrested for violating probation, battery on a police officer and resisting arrest. He was arrested on the 4000 block of East Castro Valley Boulevard. (Castro Valley)
