UPDATE: Crews Put Out Fire in San Lorenzo

Crews in Alameda County have put out a fire in a residential area of San Lorenzo this afternoon, a dispatcher said.
           
The fire was reported at a home in the 1800 block of Via Toyon at about 3:35 p.m., the dispatcher said.
           
The dispatcher did not know when the one-alarm blaze was put out, but Alameda County fire officials tweeted around 4:25 p.m. that the fire was confined to the attic.
           
No one was in the home at the time of the fire and no one was injured battling the blaze, officials said.
