- 3:00 a.m.: A 37-year-old Suisun City woman was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest and three counts of being in possession of a controlled substance. A 33-year-old Berkeley man was also arrested on suspicion of two counts of resisting arrest, being in possession of a controlled substance, violating parole, and kidnapping.
