A car chase with Castro Valley California Highway Patrol and a green Toyota Camry ended in a crash at the intersection of Redwood Road and Seven Hills Road late this Thursday evening, according to CHP.
CHP officers were in pursuit of the car when the driver crashed into a white Lincoln.
The male suspect resisted arrest when officers tried taking him out of his vehicle. Officers deployed their taser to subdue the suspect.

The suspect continues to resist arrest and had his ankles cuffed as well.
Skid marks from the suspect’s vehicle could be seen as far as 70 feet, according to CHP.
