Body Found in Parking Lot Above Hayward Lucky's Has Been Identified
Daniel West has been identified as the man found dead in a parking lot on Sunday morning.
The body of a 41-year-old man found dead in parking lot above the Lucky’s supermarket located at 22555 Mission Boulevard has been identified over the weekend, according to Hayward police.
On Sunday, several Lucky’s employees found Daniel West lying on his back behind an electrical box.
Officers were dispatched at 9:56 a.m., and pronounced West dead at the scene.

The Alameda County coroner’s office performed an autopsy on Monday and revealed he died of natural causes.
According to police, West was a transient with his last known addresses in Fremont and Tracy.
