- 8:17 pm: A 30-year-old Castro Valley man was arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance and being in possession of drug paraphernalia. He was arrested on the corner of Parsons Avenue and Parsons Court.
Saturday, Sept. 3
- 3:36 am: A 30-year-old Hayward man was arrested on suspicion of driving while under the influence (DUI). A 32-year-old San Jose man was also arrested on suspicion of being drunk in public. They were arrested on the corner of Grove Way and Gary Drive.
- 1:45 pm: A 35-year-old Tracy man was arrested on suspicion of battery. He was arrested on the 20400 block of Redwood Road.
