Arrests in Castro Valley between Aug. 29 and Sept. 4.

Sunday, Sept. 4

  • 8:17 pm: A 30-year-old Castro Valley man was arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance and being in possession of drug paraphernalia. He was arrested on the corner of Parsons Avenue and Parsons Court.

Saturday, Sept. 3

  • 3:36 am: A 30-year-old Hayward man was arrested on suspicion of driving while under the influence (DUI). A 32-year-old San Jose man was also arrested on suspicion of being drunk in public. They were arrested on the corner of Grove Way and Gary Drive.
  • 1:45 pm: A 35-year-old Tracy man was arrested on suspicion of battery. He was arrested on the 20400 block of Redwood Road.

Friday, Sept. 2

  • 9:34 am: A 57-year-old Transient man was arrested on suspicion of being drunk in public. He was arrested on the 20600 block of Rustic Drive.
  • 11:38 pm: A 50-year-old Castro Valley man was arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance. He was arrested on the corner of Stanton Avenue and Castro Valley Boulevard. 

Thursday, Sept. 1

  • 1:52 pm: A 50-year-old Fremont woman was arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance. She was arrested on the 3400 block of Castro Valley Boulevard.

  • 11:05 pm: A 46-year-old Castro Valley man was arrested on suspicion of two counts of child endangerment and being drunk in public. He was arrested on the 3400 block of Redwood Road.

Monday, Aug. 29

  • 6:31 pm: A 42-year-old Hayward woman was arrested on suspicion of vandalism. She was arrested on the 20600 block of Redwood Road.
