Suspicion of Vandalism, Petty Theft and Other Arrests

Arrests in Castro Valley between Oct. 17 and Oct. 23.

Sunday, Oct. 23

  • 11:57 p.m.: A 24-year-old Castro Valley man was arrested on suspicion of vandalism, driving while under the influence, resisting arrest, and hit and run. He was arrested on the 19100 Kitfox Place. To read Patch's report on this, .

Friday, Oct. 21

  • 2:50 a.m.: A 22-year-old Castro Valley man was arrested on suspicion of being in possession of methamphetamine and being under the influence of a controlled substance. He was arrested on the corner of Castro Valley Boulevard and Wisteria Street.

  • 10:10 a.m.: A 32-year-old Castro Valley woman, and a 27-year-old Castro Valley man, were arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance. They were arrested on the 17000 block of Rolando Avenue.
  • 5:47 p.m.: A 50-year-old Hayward man was arrested on suspicion of petty theft. He was arrested on the 20600 block of Redwood Road.

Wednesday, Oct. 19

  • 11:43 a.m.: A 33-year-old Castro Valley man was arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance. He was arrested on the 2800 block of Castro Valley Boulevard.
