Castro Valley, San Lorenzo Death Notices

Some of the people with connections to Castro Valley and San Lorenzo who passed away recently

Irene Constance Cardoza, a resident of Castro Valley for 65 years, was born in Detroit, one of 10 children in her family. She and her husband moved to Castro Valley in 1948. She was active in her church and the PTA. Cardoza passed away on June 23 at the age of 86.

Mildred E. Brown, a resident of San Lorenzo, will be remembered by family and friends at a funeral service in Fremont on Tuesday, July 30. Brown passed away on July 24 at the age of 93.

Gerald Loyd Kinkade, a long-time resident of San Lorenzo, worked as a letter carrier in the community for 38 years. Her served in the U.S. Navy during World War Two. Kinkade passed away on July 17 at the age of 87.
