A 2 story above ground building with a full basement complete with a service elevator that stands vacant ever since the "billard" occupants vacated only to be used for Holloween and current the town meetings.
I'm not exactly sure what it could be used for, but I've thought of a few ideas. Granted, maybe my ideas aren't any good. They all seem, however, to be better than a 1966 building of this size and dividability in the center on the main portion of the BLVD to remain vacant. We would never want a big box store to occupy there, but how about any/some of these?
- Rockin Jump
- BridgesRockGym (an indoor rock climbing space
- Indoor Local Farmers Market
- Indoor Flea Market
I'm sure I'll think of a few more, but I would love to see one of the 1st two on my list. We (having children) find ourselves leaving C.V. to go to places like Rockin Jump for the kids and then hit something local to that astablishment for a meal afterwords. Why send us outside of C.V. when we can be bringing in people from other areas here instead?
What would you like to see in the old Daughtry building next to Knudsen's Ice Creamery on the BLVD?
