San Lorenzo Teen Makes 'The X Factor' Top 40
After amazing the judges and crowd at her auditions, Ellona Santiago moves on to being apart of the Top 40.
On Thursday night’s episode of ‘The X Factor’, San Lorenzo’s very own — Ellona Santiago — makes it into the Top 40 with Demi Lovato as her mentor.
“It felt amazing to be chosen out of THOUSANDS of people,” said Santiago in a phone interview with Patch. “It’s another step closer to my dream.”
The judges panel narrowed the number of contestants based on their first auditions to 10 contestants in each category: Girls, Boys, Over 25s and Groups.

Santiago along with the 39 other contestants, move on to the next round — “The Four-Chair Challenge” which will air next Wednesday.
