Free Citizenship Workshop March 17 at Chabot College

Attorneys will help prospective citizens navigate paperwork and answer questions

 

 

A free citizenship workshop will be held at Chabot Community College, 25555 Hesperian Blvd., Hayward on March 17 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The event takes place in campus building 700 South (near parking lot G).

At the workshop attorneys will assist eligible applicants in completing a citizenship application form. The event is a project of a variety of local groups including Catholic Charities of the East Bay, Centro Legal de la Raza, the International Institute of the East Bay, the East Bay Sanctuary Covenant, API (Asian Pacific Islander) Legal Outreach and the East Bay Naturalization Collaborative.
