Greetings from the kitchen garden. August is a busy month for gardeners.
Everything seems to ripen at the same time. This is a quick post to show you what we harvested today from our small garden.
Two Henny/Penny eggs (as usual, thank you girls), italian green beans, crookneck squash, a couple of varieties of tomatoes, and a bunch of lavender.
A small kitchen garden and a couple of hens are not overwhelming, just the perfect size for our small family.
