Reading Buddies at the Castro Valley Library

Help children stay on track with reading this summer! Teen and Kid Power volunteers are here to help children grades k-6 practice reading. Younger children may want to hear a story read to them. Half-hour sessions are free and no registration is required. Bring your own books or choose from our selection. Reading Buddies provide a  helpful listener and promote reading as a fun activity. (This is not a tutoring program.)  In the Learning Center.
