Information for patients:

Lewelling Dental Care is located across from Orchard Supply Hardware and is very close to the San Lorenzo High School.

Patients will be served on a first-come, first-serve basis. We will serve the first 100 patients or as many as we can see until 5 P.M. All ages welcome!

We ask patients to park in the OSH parking lot across the street on the parking spaces closest to the road. Registration begins at 7 A.M. When you arrive, please visit the desk placed in the front and pick up as many registration forms you need and fill them out. When you give your completed registration form to the desk, you will receive a number after which you will wait until your number is called.

We will provide a free exam and diagnosis for everyone. Afterwards, each patient can choose one of the following treatments: cleaning (+fluoride), filling, or extraction.

If you are a dentist, hygienist, oral surgeon, or dental assistant interested in volunteering, also feel free to email or call her.

For more information or questions about the event, please contact Supriya Kazi, the event coordinator (contact information posted below).
