Have you ever been in a park and seen people practicing a graceful, flowing, slow-motion exercise? That's Qigong -- an ancient Chinese health practice that integrates physical postures, breathing techniques and focused intention -- and you can learn how to do it in this class!


Explore the dynamic freedom of slow-movement exercise and gentle stretching while learning about one of China’s oldest healthcare practices. Learn the entire 64 movement Dayan Qigong (Wild Goose “Chi Gung”) 1st Set Form through this new 15-session series of classes.


Learn Qigong and improve your strength, flexibility, and concentration. It helps relieves stress, strengthens the immune system, and counteracts the effects of aging. Good for people of all ages and abilities!

$48 for seniors; non-seniors may enroll in this class for $60.


Instructor: Cynthia Eaton is a certified instructor who has been teaching Dayan Qigong and movement classes in the SF Bay Area for the past 13 years, including locally at several Kaiser facilities in Oakland, Hayward, and Union City.
