Don’t let the word “Boot Camp” scare you off. Just think of it as an outdoor fitness workout, three times a week that is designed to constantly keep your body in motion and work all muscle groups in a fun and engaging way! You will get a full body focus on health and fitness and at the same time meet new friends and discover a fitter you!
Because we are in constant motion in the world, it makes sense to train in a way that is natural for our bodies to understand. By adjusting to a changing climate and by carrying its own weight in a realistic environment, the body benefits more from exercising outdoors.
At our women only Inspire Fitness Boot Camps coaches take you through 45 minutes of challenging indoor and outdoor* exercises so that you connect with nature and feel the burn all at the same time. Inspire Fitness Boot Camps for Women is what exercise should be—a tough and fun, full body workout led by certified coaches at the Castro Valley Community Center.
