Finding Wellness

The Castro Valley United Methodist Church will be sponsoring a 5-part series called Finding Wellness, funded by Alameda County Behavioral Health Care Services.  It will take place every Tuesday at 1p-230p in Room 5.  The class dates in 2013 are 1/15, 1/22, 1/29, 2/5, and 2/12.

This interactive series incorporates exercise, nutrition, medication and alcohol management, stress-relieving techniques and other healthy tips for easier living.  These elements are critical to our quality of life and though we have learned much over the years about our own care, in some cases this will be a refresher but also the latest/most current perspective will be excellent information for us to hear.

The presenters are from the Senior Support Program of the Tri-Valley.
