Bird Hike: A Feathered Tradition
It's hard to believe this is the 5th annual spring trip to Coyote Hills. If you are a curious first-timer, or if you have been with us before and know already, this walk will not let you down. Along with owls and other raptors, we might find nesting birds like Marsh Wrens, or silly birds like Great-tailed Grackles, or even unusual birds like the Eurasion Wigeon all of which were spotted last year. There is a $5 parking fee, and we will meet at the parking lot next to the Nature Center. Directions can be found at http://www.ebparks.org/parks. Ages 12 and up. $5 per person.
