5th Annual Holiday Craft Fair

Holiday Craft Faire

Date: Sunday, December 15th, 2013

Time: 9:00 am to 3:00 pm

Place: San Lorenzo Village
HOA Community Hall,

377 Paseo Grande, San Lorenzo

Cost Per Booth: $40 per booth



The Artisan/Vendor agrees to the following:


1. Artisans/vendors can set up in the Community Hall:
at 377 Paseo Grande in San Lorenzo, 94580 as early as 7:00 a.m.


2. Artisans/vendors are responsible for setting up, maintaining and removing all merchandise and trash before and after event.


3. All booths MUST BE OPEN FOR THE ENTIRE EVENT! Early break downs affect all other artisans and is unprofessional and not in the true holiday spirit!


4. All participants are required to prepare a small gift bag with one of his or her products/art (value between approx $10-15).


5. The tables provided are 8’ long by 32 inches wide with two chairs If the fair fills up, we may have smaller tables, but not guaranteed


6. The fees for the event do not change


7. Corner spots are not guaranteed and you cannot have items in front of you table in the walk way
