Week in Review: Valentine's to Presidents Day

Another week bookended between holidays. What you may have missed this week.

Any week that opens with a bouquet of flowers is a good week in my book. Despite mostly miserable weather, locals managed to look lively this week, whether bundling up in scarves for our cameras or setting up shop on the sidewalks in search of that Valentine's cash.
