Hayward Reproductive Clinic Opens Under New Management

The former Planned Parenthood clinic, previously slated for closure, will reopen Monday.

A Hayward reproductive health clinic recently slated for closure will reopen under Monday new management, Planned Parenthood officials have announced.

The B Street office was to have been consolidated with a clinic in Oakland's Eastmont Mall. The move could have hit the local unincorporated community, which leads the county for teen pregnancies, particularly hard.

Instead, the Hayward clinic is one of several reproductive health clinics Bay Area to reopen under management by Planned Parenthood Mar Monte.
