Gas Guide: Find the Cheapest Gas in Town

San Lorenzo Gas Prices as of March 3.

If you're feeling the pinch at the pump this week, you're not alone.

Gas prices in San Lorenzo ranged from $3.79 to $3.95 for regular this week, just shy of the state average of $3.81. That's far above the national average of $3.47, according to AAA's Daily Fuel Gauge Report. It's also up nearly a dollar from prices at this time last year.

Experts peg the high cost of fuel to unrest across North Africa and the Middle East, particularly the escalating protests in Libya. According to AAA's Daily Fuel Gauge Report, drivers in every state are now paying more than $3 per gallon.
