Richard Skewis: Skewis, of Castro Valley, died July 8 at age 87. He worked for Pan American Airways on Treasure Island before joining the U.S. Navy in World War II. He went on to serve in the Korean War and later work as an Alameda County deputy probation Officer.
Ronald Teutsch: Castro Valley resident Teutsch died July 10 after a long illness. He was 74.
