Meet Binks: From Shelter Shy to Mr. Confidence

Binks was very scared when he first came to his current foster home from an overcrowded shelter, but he has made great strides in confidence.

"Binks"
Approx Age: Adult
Fox Terrier mix
Male, neutered

Binks is a sweet little boy, looking for his forever home.  He was very scared when he first came to his current foster home from an overcrowded shelter, but he has made great strides in confidence. Always friendly with new dogs, he is not quite as self-assured meeting new humans. But give him time and he warms up just fine. He is very eager to please.

Binks loves to play. His favorite pastime is playing with stuffed toys, carting them back and forth from the toy basket or jumping for them when they are dangled above him. He will run after balls tirelessly, as many times as someone will throw for him. While he doesn't quite get Frisbee yet, he would probably be very good at it. When not romping around, Binks loves to curl up on the couch, his head in your lap, letting out funny little sighs of contentment.

Another problem: When notified of a reply to a comment I could click the link in the email to go toRead More the article. That was not possible this time. So because a small minority zooms there computer the layout should be as it is? I don't think so. All that white space means that an article that could be read with just one or two clicks to scroll through is now going to take more scrolling to view. One thing that seems to be missing in today's world are web designers who (1) change the layout just because and (2) web designers who have neglected to consider the audience. The more I look at this layout the less I like it. The font needs to be darker than it is. the blue (like in "announcements") needs to be bolder. Overall, on a scale of 1 to 10 (10 best), I rank the new "improved" design a 3.
