CVSan purchases former CalTrans Corporate Yard

The Castro Valley Sanitary District (CVSan) has acquired the California Department of Transportation (CalTrans) property near the intersection of Castro Valley Blvd. and Center Street.  This property was surplused by the State of California.  CVSan purchased the 73,000 square feet site for $1,500,000.

“This property is almost three times the size of CVSan’s current offices and can offer many opportunities for more efficient operations in the future,” said General Manager, Roland Williams.
